Enrolment Services

Once an applicant has successfully applied to the university and been assigned an identification number, the Enrolment Services unit is responsible for three main functions: Admissions, Course Registrations and Academic Records.

Admission processes include enrolling you as either a program or unclassified (non-program or visiting) student, monitoring your incoming transcripts for transfer credit evaluation, and updating your student classification.

The AU Undergraduate Calendar outlines our admissions polices and related information.

Enrolment Services also process your course registrations, withdrawals and extension requests. We manage your requests to change course delivery modes or to change your course status. The calendar details information about fees and refunds.

This unit records final grades, provides written confirmation of grades, and processes transcript request(s).

The calendar outlines our academic records polices and related information.
